A Case of Angiofibroma Arising from the Middle Turbinate in a Middle-Aged Woman

Angiofibroma which is rare benign tumor found in the nasal cavity often called juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma because it occurs mainly posterior lateral wall of nasopharynx adolescent males. It known that outpatient biopsy contraindicated due to its hypervascularity has potential for massive bleeding. difficult recognize advance when observed as a form originating outside nasopharynx. We report case successfully treated without preoperative embolization from middle turbinate 63-year-old woman with obstruction, along literature review.
